Despite some windy and rather cool weather, Harry James and his pit crew got the shoulders on and finished to porkfection.  They turned out sooo good.  Thanks to all that supported our Troop by purchasing pork shoulders.  We appreciate the many volunteers that helped out Friday Night and Saturday.
Almost done
Rubbed and ready to smokeLined up and and ready to go

Delicious Juicy Smoked Pork Shoulders.  Our Dads start smoking them the night before over hickory fires.  They are done to perfection and ready for pick up Saturday April 4th from 2-4pm.  Everyone who tries them says that they are really good.
Each smoky juicy bone-in pork shoulder weighs about 8lbs, and are only $35 ea.
All the profits goes towards Troop 450 and each scout earns money for camping, camping equipment and uniforms.

So how about a smoked pork shoulder or two?  Mr. Harry (the Pit Boss) says they freeze real well too.
The Pit Boss is looking for any and all Dads to help out.  Pits get fired up Friday afternoon and we keep going all night long.
Let us know when you can make it out.
