Troop Calendar

We follow the Bentonville School District on holidays and weather related closings. If school is closed, we will not have a meeting unless otherwise noted.

The Boy Scouts of America was founded in 1910 and has helped young boys grow into fine young men and prepared them with life skills for life’s challenges.

Boy Scouting is a year-round program for boys ages 11-17. Through the Boy Scout program, young men can achieve the core objectives of strengthening character, personal fitness and good citizenship.

2015 Summer Camp June 7th-13th

NYLT is a six-day course. The Program is delivered in a troop and patrol outdoor setting. The emphasis is on the immediate application of learning in a fun environment. This leadership training experience is for current and future youth leaders within the Troop or Crew. They will learn how to communicate better with youth and adults, how to set and achieve goals, how to be self-confident, how to work as a team, how to teach skills to others, and more.
NYLT inspires participants to understand the methods of team and personal development and how these elements relate to being a leader.

Who can attend? Any Scout/Crew member that meets these requirements:
• At least 13 years of age and completed the seventh grade by the date of the course.
• Holds the rank of First Class or above.
